Dr. Daniel Yoo is a fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in microsurgical breast reconstruction.

Dr. Yoo most recently served at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he completed a Microsurgery Fellowship in the Department of Plastic Surgery. Previously, he completed his Integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He earned a B.S. in chemistry from Tulane University, an M.S. in Pharmacology from Tulane University School of Medicine, and his M.D. from LSU School of Medicine.

Dr. Yoo has an extensive research background, multiple peer-reviewed publications, and national presentations focused on breast reconstruction, microsurgery, and surgical outcomes. His clinical interests include autologous breast reconstruction, trauma and oncologic reconstruction, advanced perforator flap techniques, and the development of innovative approaches to tissue expansion.
