In an ongoing effort to open access to the services we provide and control our patient’s out of pocket expenses, we are presently contracted with many major health insurers. The Center for Restorative Breast Surgery is pleased to be an In-Network Provider for the major health insurance companies listed below. Our relationships with these companies allow ready access to women they cover for the Center’s sophisticated breast reconstructive options and represents a commitment to elevation of the standard in breast cancer care for their covered members.
Insurance plans that cover mastectomies are required by law to also cover both the breast reconstruction surgery and surgery of the other breast to achieve symmetry. Our patient support staff is highly experienced in working with all major insurers and will assist you as you work through the details of your individual insurance plan.
If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact our office as our insurance specialists are typically able to arrange for coverage of our services on an individual basis and we are continually updating our contracts and associated list of in-network partners. If you have experienced a denial of coverage from your insurer, please let our team know, as problems with approval are often overcome with the proper documentation and support.

The Center for Restorative Breast Surgery, affiliated with the St. Charles Surgical Hospital—the only hospital in the world dedicated to breast reconstruction for women facing breast cancer—was established to serve as a dedicated center of excellence for women seeking the most advanced methods of breast reconstruction. Craig A. Blum, MD; Frank J. DellaCroce, MD, FACS; Scott K. Sullivan, MD, FACS; Chris Trahan, MD, FACS; and M. Together, with our Breast Oncology team Surgical Breast Oncologist W. Karl Ordoyne, M.D., FACS and Clinical Breast Oncologist Alan Stolier, M.D., FACS, they comprise a group of international leaders in breast cancer surgery options, pioneering groundbreaking procedures including nipple sparing mastectomy, the Stacked DIEP, the Gluteal Hip Flap, the BODY LIFT Flap®, and the APEX Flap.
